I just bought the Summer DLC costumes about a week ago and nothing shows up no matter what I do. I downloaded all the catalogs, restarted my game, restarted my console, deactivated and reactivated my primary console, I checked the 'add-on.
The game is headed Westward in early 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
